Our Sound

Therapy Services

  • Person playing white crystal singing bowls outdoors by the water, wearing beaded bracelets.

    Sound Baths

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full mind and body meditation experience. Tracey will intentionally play a variety of instruments such as crystal and metal bowls, a gong, wind chimes, and more to coax the body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. When played these instruments slow down brain waves and calm the fight or flight response.

  • A person receiving a sound healing session with crystal singing bowls, lying down with their eyes closed in a peaceful setting.

    Vibrational Sound Therapy - VST

During a VST session, highly vibrational metal bowls are placed on and around the body and gently rung to induce deep states of relaxation and restoration of the mind and body. This can help the body to release stress & tension and find peace within. VST is offered as a 1:1 appointment. Tracey is a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner.

Meet Tracey

After a profound spiritual experience, Tracey, a former healthcare practitioner, was inspired to use meditation to connect with something greater. Over the past decade, she has immersed herself in the study of consciousness and energy healing. Her daily meditation practice for the last three years has not only deepened her spiritual life but also reconditioned her brain and body’s response to stress. The stress-relieving benefits of meditation have made it a non-negotiable part of her day. Through this practice, Tracey has cultivated a balanced nervous system, emotional stability, and overall wellness. She is passionate about supporting women in learning to meditate, relieve stress, and experience a calm, balanced mind and body for optimal well-being.

About Tracey

Sound Therapy, backed by scientific research, profoundly impacts the mind and the body. Chronic stress, a root cause of 75-90% of modern health issues, takes the body out of balance and leads to disease. By calming the mind and slowing brainwaves, Sound Therapy can activate the “rest and digest” nervous system which promotes relaxation, restoration and self-healing. Sound Therapy can also guide the brain into meditative brain waves and produce profound states of consciousness or dream-like states.
