Join us for an therapeutic and very unique event with Genesis Riding Academy and Harmony Within You Sound Therapy! Experience a majestic and soothing evening at the farm. Enjoy a warm beverage, connect with horses through gentle bonding activities, then unwind with a restorative and stress relieving sound bath in their peaceful presence.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a comfortable chair to sit in during the sound bath. This event will take place in a barn, so dress appropriately for the weather. Feel free to bring comfort items such as a blanket or an eye mask (optional). A limited number of hay bales will be available if you don’t have a chair or prefer to lay down during the sound bath.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full mind and body relaxation and meditation experience. With intention, Tracey plays soothing instruments such as singing bowls to invite stress reduction and other therapeutic processes in the mind and body. The sounds produced in the sound bath help the mind and body to relax and release stress. No meditation or sound bath experience is required. The sounds do all of the work, all you have to do is listen!
