Yoga & Floating Sound Bath

Have you ever seen pictures of or heard people talking about attending a floating sound bath? Here's your chance and trust us, it's every bit as dreamy as it sounds, and it's a great way to start your week!

We will kick things off with 20 minutes of gentle, slow flow pool-side yoga to shake off the day. Then you'll ease onto your float for a 45-minute floating sound bath while you drift, weightless and worry-free.

We realize this will be a new experience for many of you and you may have some questions about how this works so hopefully this helps:

• You will be fully clothed during the event. Do not wear a bathing suit. You will not be swimming. You will be floating on a heavy-duty raft in the pool. Please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little damp when you are getting into or out of the pool.

• This is an indoor pool and the temperature will be on the warmer side.

• Feel free to bring a small blanket, an eye mask and/or pillow for comfort while you float. Floats are provided (they safely hold 300 pounds or less). Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

• There are limited spots so sign up early. No refunds.
